我国实行夏令时的时间:

1986年至1991年，每年4月中旬的第一个星期日1时起至9月中旬的第一个星期日1时止。

1986年4月13日至9月14日，

1987年4月12日至9月13日，

1988年4月10日至9月11日，

1989年4月16日至9月17日，

1990年4月15日至9月16日，

1991年4月14日至9月15日

我就不明白，为什么越简单的东西我就越不明白。

我想过这样一个情形，一个执着的围着柱子打转的人，觉得很累很受缚束，但根本就没人阻止他离开柱子而得到自由。但他一边抱怨痛不欲生，一边执迷不悟，不肯哪怕停下一秒四周看看。他痛苦万分，不断的绕着柱子转想寻求出路。但只是一直原地打转。

简单到只需要离开柱子而已，想去哪就去哪。但是就是不明白。

是不是另外有条件制约，到底是有什么看不见的东西在束缚着我们？
